Scott T3H 1108.....Awesome rod

Finally I had a chance to try the new T3H #8 switch rod from Scott.
Let me say this first.....This rod is fast, but NOT STIFF !!!
Feels lighter, more smoother than the previous T2H. I can chuck all sorts of heavy flies safely even in the windiest of days, but also still able to cast lazer-beam tight loops with Scandi or AFS type lines to show off to my mates :-)) And guess what?? I also tried it in Waitahanui river mouth with a shooting head system (I used RIO Outbound #8), this rod is highly capable for 2 hand overhead casting.
I have the Scott Fiberhammer already. If I could have this T3H #8 switch, what else do I need......love to try #4 now!!

もう一息です。
ここ最近は、
壁のペンキの色やカーペット、照明機具なんかを選んでいます。
一番楽しい時かもしれません(笑)

Day 45

ついに屋根が乗ったので、これで雨の心配はなくなりました。
今日は電気屋さんが来て配線の準備。
「ミヤデン」の仕事の丁寧さが当たり前になっている大西家では、こっちの電気屋の仕事はとてもプロとは言えません。
ところ変われば・・・・・でしょうが、日本人が繊細すぎるのか？

やっぱり海もおもしろい。

昨日は久しぶりに両親と海釣りに行ってきました。
アジやサワラなど、食べきれないほど釣って大喜び。
夏になったらまたデッカい鯛を狙いに行きます。

着々と進行中。
来週には屋根が乗るようです。

今週はついに屋根が撤去されました。

Mountain View Motelは只今、改築中！！！

もちろん営業してますよ。

今週末は…

久しぶりにパーマストンへ。
そして土曜の午前中は、町外れにあるハンティング AND フィッシングに。
みんなの仕事のお邪魔をしてきます(笑)
